The regulatory approach statement outlines the Board’s overarching approach to regulating non-state schools in Queensland in accordance with the Education (Accreditation of Non-State Schools) Act 2017. It sets out how regulatory powers are exercised, and regulatory activities are undertaken to ensure quality, safe and supportive educational environments for students to learn and thrive. |
Decision-making framework | |

The Board’s decision-making framework supports the Board to make good decisions in the best interest of students and the public. It is informed by the Board’s regulatory approach and describes the principles and process that guide the Board’s decisions. |
